Why can’t I log in to my account?

How can I reset my password if I forgot it?

How do I place a deposit?

How do I make a withdrawal?
In order to make a withdrawal request, you would first need to provide the relevant documentation as well as make at least one deposit. How long does it take for me to receive my withdrawal?
It may take up to 4 business days after you present us with the proper withdrawal documentation until it is fully processed and approved. To check the list of required withdrawal documentations please consult the Banking tab. Once all the documents provided are approved, DomGame will start processing your withdrawal request. It usually takes between 3-7 business days. Once the withdrawal request has been processed and approved, the player will be notified regarding his/her withdrawal status via e-mail. Why was my withdrawal denied?

How can I redeem my bonus?
In order to use the promotion, you should enter the Cashier section, go to the Claim Promotion tab and pick the bonus out of the provided list. What should I do if I didn’t receive my bonus?

What is Playthrough / Wagering?

What is Max Cash Out?
Certain bonuses hold a maximum cash-out limitation under their Terms & Conditions, meaning that only the determined amount will be available for cash-out. Once the playthrough / wagering of the bonus has been met, your account balance will automatically readjust and show your withdrawable amount. If your winnings have surpassed the max cash out limit, your account balance will automatically set itself to the max cash-out amount.
